  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment.

  • Delays: While we ensure timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistic issues may cause delays.

Return & Refund Policy

    • Custom-made or personalized furniture is non-returnable.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
